Photograph of Wright glider built for Pilot Parmelee at the Dominguez Air Meet, 1912. At center, four men gather on either side of a large glider resting on the ground. To the right, Two men wearing hats and dark coats grip the wing of the glider. To the far left, two additional men wearing dark coats and hats press their legs against the bottom frame of the glider. One of the men turns to face the camera. Several bars support the wingspan of the lightly-colored glider. Also, a single seat can be seen on the glider near the men on the left. In the extreme background, a large grassy field is visible.
