67. ̶ Congo Français ̶ Brazzaville ̶ Mgr. Augouard et les Autorités civiles et militaires sortant de la Cathédrale pour la Fête de Victoire (2 Mars 1919). Col augouard.” Bishop Augouard along with civil and military authorities are shown leaving the cathedral at Brazzaville at the Feast of Victory celebration, March 2, 1919 (two views). There are several lines of handwriting in French on the back of the postcard.
