Image of a view of the south side of Ascutney Mountain from a scenic view point where two men look out over the landscape in an advertisement for Green Mountain Balm of Gilead and Cedar Plaster.

"The above Lithograph is a correct representation of the south side of Ascutney Mountain at the base of which in Windsor, Vermont, is manufactured the celebrated Green Mountain Balm of Gilead and Cedar Plaster."--text, lower centered. "Entered according to Act of congress in the year 1868 by M.K. Paine in the Clerks Office of the District Court of the District of Vermont"--text, bottom margin.
