Photograph caption dated August 21, 1958 reads "Tony Griffiths, left, Builders Emporium boat sales division, with Rose and Joe Maphis, stars of KTTV's Town Hall Party, pull into Builders Emporium 7:30 p.m. tomorrow to launch gigantic parking lot sale. Joe Maphis takes wheel of new 1959 Trojan 28-foot cruiser which will be on display for first time in nation. Johnny Bond, Columbia recording star and member of Town Hall Party, will be on hand to assist, along with other Western entertainers."
