Supplementary material reads: "Chernus -- Harbor. El Salvador Consul Juan G. Estrada raising flag of his country at stern of purse seiner Veteran with Vice Consul Jose F. Alvarenga holding bottom of flag. Looking on are Frederico Timbers of the Sheriff's Office (LA) foreign relations department and Ramon Caseras, representative of the Latin American Club of Southern California. If fifth guy is in picture he is Sam Braco, skipper of the Veteran".
