Photograph caption dated November 29, 1950 reads, "Valley Detectives John Sublette and Guy Moulder (right) check stolen tires located with aid of burglary suspect, Joel Waterson, center, at the Southern Pacific right-of-way near Tampa Ave. Detectives said Waterson was one of two suspects arrested for theft of tires and a cigaret [sic] vending machine."
