This huge "birthday" cake, standing 5 1/2 feet in height, was presented to Miss Parsons. The cake was enclosed in a big bowl which was printed, "Bowl Full of Exclusive Stories." It was topped by a motion picture camera. Standing in back of table from L-R: George Jessell, Louella Parsons and Governor Earl Warren. Dated March 5, 1948.
