Civic Center Branch Librarian Virginia Borland, at a luncheon for the Friends of the Marin County Free Library, April 11, 1979, at Deer Park Villa in Fairfax. Along with County Librarian Virginia Keating, Virginia Borland was instrumental in creating and maintaining the California Room.
