Lease for ten acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment east of Western Avenue. Lease start date is January 1, 1940 and end date is December 31, 1943 with a yearly rent of $250. The lease is signed by the company and by Shitara. See Item csudh_oka_1595 for a canceled version of this land lease.
