Photograph of a view of Aerial Air Races at Los Angeles Municipal Airport, ca.1930. An aerial view of three rows of airplanes can be seen at center towards the bottom. Ten airplanes can be seen in the bottom row, while the other two rows contain six airplanes each. Three other rows of about a dozen small planes each can be seen above and to the left of the first set of airplanes. What appear to be grandstands filled with people can be seen at center facing the airplanes, while a few large buildings can be seen behind the grandstands. Farmland is visible at top beyond the buildings.
