Handwritten note indicates lease canceled on 12/12/41. Lease describes agreement terms beginning January 1, 1941 ending December 31, 1941 for 12.8 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $320. Lease is signed by the company and lessee.
