The temporary crossing at Anaheim-Telegraph road was turned into a "waterfall" due to the storm in Los Angeles. Mrs. Irene Henry was saved from drowning when her car was washed off the road and into the flooded Rio Hondo River. Bystanders look at her car stuck in the river.
