Photograph of the Pacific Coast Highway and people sunbathing on the beach, [s.d.]. The highway can be seen at left bordering the coast and continues into the background. Automobiles can be seen parked along both sides of the road, while others travel on the road. Tents, umbrellas, and sunbathers can be seen on the beach to the right of the highway. Three piers are visible jutting into the ocean, while uninhabited hills can be seen to the left of the highway. Small one-story buildings with sloped roofs can be seen in a cluster to the left of the highway at center.
