The back of the postcard is blank and contains information about the mission agency: "Oeuvres de Don Bosco. Préf. Apost. Luapula Supérieur (Congo belge). Procure: Compte chèques 2719.01 - Werk van Don Bosco. Apost. Pref. van Boven-Luapula (Belg. Kongo)" The back of the postcard also includes the caption: "5. La pauvre chapelle du village de Shindaika. 5. De arme kapel van het dorp Shindaïka." ("The poor village chapel Shindaika")
