Description
99 Edgewood Ave Photo show what appears to be a small light-colored steamship surrounded by trees. An article from the November 20, 1942 issue of the Mill Valley Record describes this as built by Erik Krag, executive vice president of the Interocean Steamship Company, who named it the "Wapama" for a steam schooner that Krag originally owned. It was built on his 15 acre estate as a unique social hall and play structure for his children.
