B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper with an additional comment for his opinions and corrections pages for the "Interview." He adds that Peter Drucker's saying that the plan of the job should also be made by workers is exactly the same view as that of QC circles in Japan. Inoue says that Hopper's paper is unique in that it puts emphasis on the process of historical development in Japanese management. Inoue goes on to say that he has read Mr. Protzman's writing and Hopper's slide lecture with interest. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "34" in two places on the top, right of page 1. The second page contains handwritten notes possibly written by Kenneth Hopper.
