Color program for the third annual Mariachi Festival, produced by the Mexican Heritage Corporation, held July 8 and 9, 1994. Masters of Ceremonies Araceli Martinez and Terry Lowry; presenting Mariachi Cobre, Mariachi Las Perlitas Tapatias, and Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano. The 1994 concerts were dedicated to the memory of Honorable George M.
