Photograph of two large pine trees showing boulder in extreme background, Big Pines, ca.1910. In the extreme foreground to the right, a large pine tree is visible. The thick and rigid trunk of the tree can be seen slightly tilting to the left, and several branches are visible near the top. To the left of this tree near the center of the image, another pine tree can b seen. Several additional branches are visible on the trunk of the tree, and various types of vegetation can be seen surrounding the base of the trunk. In the extreme background at center, a large boulder is visible lying in the dirt. Vegetation is also visible near the base of the boulder.
