Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker interviews Father Leo Bartel in his audio book, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “People and Relationships.” Drucker begins by introducing Father Bartel as the vicar of social ministries for the diocese of Rockford, Illinois. He discusses how a specific job changes as an organization grows. He talks about how to manage volunteers on large-scale projects by dividing leadership roles. He advises what to do with incompetent volunteers and workers. Father Bartel describes how to revitalize and change an apathetic board. He ends the interview by discussing how to feel accomplished in doing tasks as a supervisor.
