Description: Children from Ramona Gardens decorate signs and tricycles to ride in the Youth Festival parade at Evergreen Playground. Eastside Youth Council sponsored the event. The Ramona Gardens Housing Project was built in 1939 by Housing Group Architects: George Adams, Walter Davis, Ralph Flewelling, Eugene Weston Jr., Louis Eugene Wilson, and Lloyd Wright.
