Description
In this letter, Yukio Mochizuki thanks Mr. Raymond Ickes for his response to Mochizuki's twelve questions. Mochizuki also asks eight follow-up questions about Mr. James Bell, who together with Ickes, held hearings at detention camps in Texas and Louisiana. Mochizuki's questions are about the details of these hearings.
