In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Strategies.” It is entitled, “Resources.” Drucker begins by stating four things a business must have to be successful: a plan, people, marketing, and money. He discusses how non-profit companies can market themselves, and advises that a company should look at success from a customer’s point of view.
