But Jimmy will be attending one of the Valley's two new schools, Germain Street Elementary School in Chatsworth. Jimmy, a first grader, is shown with his mother, Mrs. James Skor, preregistering for the fall semester at the new $714,397 school, which is the only elementary school in the Los Angeles Unified District to have air conditioning. Some 350 youngsters are expected to enroll at the new facility at 20730 Germain St."
