Photograph caption dated December 24, 1956 reads, "Sweepstakes winner - Home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Seaman, 6312 Cartwright Ave., North Hollywood, was double winner in North Hollywood Junior Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lighting contest. It took both sweepstakes and first place in Class A division, homes up to 1,200 square feet.
