Description: A sore tooth on April 16, 1938, enabled Roy J. Allen, one of the police "spy" squad officers on trial on charges of bombing Harry Raymond, to see his wife and son. Allen is shown in a Wilshire dentist's office where he was taken from jail to have his tooth fixed. With him are his wife and son. Left to right, Deputy Sheriff H. E. Slattery, Roy Allen, Jr., Mrs. Vera Allen, Lieut. Allen and Deputy Sheriff E. J. Thompson. Allen is on trial with Fred A. Browne and Capt. Earl Kynette, chief of the "spy" squad.
