Congratulating winner is Actress Donna Cochran (sic), holding cartoon character Wood Woodpecker." Donna Corcoran appeared in the film "Gypsy Colt" with the horse in 1954. Devonshire Downs was a horse racing track and multipurpose facility in Northridge.
