Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on September 8, 1969 states: "Indian Dances End Parley - Outdoor tribal dances concluded a weekend conference of the California Indian Education Association in Chico. This is a scene from one of the dances. Participating in dances were Indians from Sacramento, Hoopa, Humboldt County and the Grindstone Rancheria."
