Photograph of flags on the side of the Chamber of Commerce building during Foreign Trade Week, Los Angeles, February 1928. The large brick Chamber of Commerce building can be seen at left and a string of international flags is hanging from the top. A woman in a dark blouse and light pants is holding the bottom of the string. She is standing on a kiosk that has a sign that reads "Twelfth Street". Street lamps can be seen at right, and the Los Angeles Examiner building is visible in the background at right. Foreign Trade Week lasted from February 16-22, 1928.
