Description
Metal tool used for measuring distances. A single hard rubber covered metal wheel with spokes is attached to a hmetal forlk and handle with a black plastic grip. There is a u-shaped stand attached at the fork. The orange paint on the metal pieces has peeled off over most of the handle and fork. The wheel is pushed or pulled along by a person walking and an attached meter measures the distance. A metal single lever on the right side of the frame locks the wheel in place.
