Description

Realty office owner, Mark Kaplan (left center), shakes hands with Wally Moon at the opening of Kaplan's new realty office in Canoga Park. Photograph caption dated February 16, 1962 reads, "Opening of a new realty office at 19739 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, has been announced by Mark Kaplan. Increased volume of business since Kaplan started his own company a year ago has made the move to more spacious quarters necessary, the realtor says. Kaplan says his firm is particularly qualified to handle real estate transactions in the West valley because of his long residence there."
