Photograph caption dated May 22, 1959 reads, "Ted Levey, president of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, will be installed as president of the Van Nuys Coordinating Council District at 6:30 p.m. next Monday at a dinner for new district officers at the Van Nuys Junior High School. The district takes in the Encino, Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys areas."
