Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated May 21, 1963 reads "Robert Oswald, of Saugus, holds a box of unusual eggs produced by hens on his chicken ranch. At the rear of the box can be seen two big enough to be ostrich eggs. Average size eggs in the box show comparative size. Oswald, 16321 W. Lost Canyon Rd., a film technician, says he's glad some chickens earn their feed, but reserved comment about the hen who laid the midget egg seen at the front of the box--fried chicken makes a good dinner."
