Un muchacho está parado junto a un niño que llora. Los dos están de luto por la muerte de un grupo de muchachos asesinados por contras. Ellos forman parte de un grupo de personas que participaron en una manifestación en la Plaza 19 de Julio de Managua y una procesión funeraria, las cuales fueron organizadas en su honor. El muchacho porta una cachucha color verde olivo y tiene una cantimplora adjunta a su fajo. A su alrededor se observan personas también de luto.
