Charles Handy thought for the day on the counterproductivity of the Irish Republican Army terrorist bombing, and how all people should matter. Handy begins the thought discussing his Irish identity and how most of the people in Ireland just want to live in peace. He proceeds to talk about how the IRA should not be using terrorism to get their message across, and how it's counterproductive to antagonize the people one wants to influence. However, Handy concludes his statement with the observation that all people want to matter, and that they act irrationally when they feel they do not matter.
