Photograph caption dated February 20, 1961 reads, "A breakfast spearheading the 'Rededication to God and Country' Legion campaign was attended Sunday by Judge Advocate Horace White, 20th District American Legion Commander Ed M. Washington, Los Angeles County Commander Charles K. Wright and Mayor Norris Poulson. The 9 a.m. gathering was at Legion Hall, 5730 Cahuenga Blvd. North Hollywood."
