Photograph. "New look -- Los Angeles' skyline had a new look last night when the 146-foot tower sign atop the Richfield Building was turned on again after being dark for five weeks during remodeling. Visible for miles in all directions, the familiar downtown landmark is the city's tallest electrical display." -- typed not attached to verso, for release 1 October 1955.
