Anthony at 3405 Waverly Dr. Oleanders, foreground, face the pool and on the right, steps lead to further terraces. The house is situated on an eight-acre hilltop site and commands an unobstructed view in all directions.; The house was designed by Bernard Maybeck with John White as his associate architect. Earle was a radio pioneer who founded and owned, until his death in 1961, radio station KFI AM 640. He also was known as a prominent Packard automotive dealer in Los Angeles.
