Description: Wallace N. Jamie, Chicago investigator, on November 15, 1940. Mayor Fletcher Bowron revealed that Jamie has been working undercover for ten months investigating Los Angeles' underworld. The mayor said Jamie would turn over all his information to District Attorney-elect John Dockweiler after the latter takes office December 2.
