Description
Photograph of the exterior of the Pacific Beet Sugar factory in Visalia, Tulare County, ca.1906. Two of the four smokestacks belch smoke into the air over one of the 4 visible buildings. A train car (numbered "95579") sits on a rail spur which runs along the dirt road in front of the factory. A man and a horse are visible nearby. Most of the visible buildings are 1 story except for a 2- or 3-story larger building behind the others. A sign on the building in the foreground reads "Danger [...]".
