Title supplied by cataloger Susumu Shingu's kinetic sculpture "Wind Circus" consisted of ten pieces shown in ten cities world wide from 1987. In 1988, the sculptures were installed in Westwood from November to January, 1989. This piece consists of a large U-shaped base that balances a dumbbell-like structure with hinged, round, flat ends.
