Description
Describes lease agreement beginning July 1, 1942, ending June 1, 1943 for nine acres of land on the Rancho San Pedro tract with a yearly rent of $180. Original lessees assigned all "rights title and interest on the lease" to Lee Lip Ock. See related letter: Letter from Carson Estate Company to William Beisil and Vaughn Guzelain, January 29, 1943. Letter is notarized and signed by original lessees and Ock. Payment notations are located at the bottom of the second page.
