Syracuse, N.Y.: Huey P. Newton, Supreme Commander and Minister of Defense of the Black Panther Party, spoke to over 1,000 people at Syracuse University's Hendricks Chapel this pm 2/14 but before any of the audience entered the Chapel, they were searched by members of the Panther security force.
