Description: SERIES. Parade of children and teenagers dressed in a variety of costumes walking down K Street in front of Tiny's Waffle Shop and J Street near PG&E. Signs being carried say, "Sacramento, 1939, Centennial" because this was the centennial celebration of the Golden Empire (Sutter's arrival in California). Crowds watch.
