Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on May 11, 1966 states: "Indian Maids - Marilee Copeland, 17, of Susanville, Lassen County, left (subject photo), and Diane Peitras, 15, of Chiloquin ,Ore., will compete for the title of Indian Princess of the 1966 All-Indian Rodeo in Klamath Falls May 28-30. Also running are sisters Francelia and Eileen Miller of the Warm Springs Tribe in central Oregon. The winner will be named Saturday."
