Photograph caption dated June 3, 1961 reads "Bonnie Geer, 17, 8857 Casaba St., Canoga Park, and Sheila Arlotto, 16, 10356 Clair Ave., Northridge, win titles of Stampeded Queen Friday for the purchase of most tickets and for selling the most tickets, in respective order. The three-day annual celebration this weekend, sponsored by the Northridge Kiwanis Club, is centered on a western theme, and participants dress accordingly."
