Featured on page 89 of Morgan's "Electronics in the West" with this caption: "Frederick E. Terman talks with a student in 1940 when he was head of electrical engineering at Stanford University. Terman later became Dean of Engineering, then Provost of the University. He is given much credit for the development of the Bay Area as a world-renowned center of electronics research and industry."
