Original photograph has several small stains.
Photograph caption dated March 15, 1956 reads "Mmes O. F. Johnson, Kenneth Holcomb, Roscoe Blanchard Jr. and Edwin Bedford, left to right, stop for tea after discussing plans for the fund-raising dessert bridge party of Phi Delta Theta Mothers' Club at the USC chapter house on March 22. Mrs. Bedford, president of the Mothers' Club, will welcome arriving guests."
