Photograph caption dated October 25, 1956 reads, "Wanderley Camargo, 20, seated right, stowaway from Brazil, sits tense and thoughtful as U.S. vice consul in Tijuana, H. Kent Goodspeed, checks papers giving him legal entry to U.S. With Wanderley are Mr. and Mrs. William Foster and their son, Buddy, 7, of Reseda.
