Hedy Lamarr with her son, Anthony Loder, on the day of her divorce from Lewis J. Boies, Jr.
Citizen-News article dated June 3, 1965 partially reads, "Life with husband No. 6 was something less than pleasing, Vienna-born actress Hedy Lamarr testified in divorce court yesterday. The 50-year-old actress was awarded a decree ending her 19-month marriage to Lewis Boies Jr., an attorney, after testifying she spent nearly $500,000 on Boies and received a threat with a baseball bat in return."
