Remains of the vatadāgē's stone pillars arranged in three rows of concentric circles surrounding the stūpa, which would have supported a roof over it. The extant pillars in this row have a square form in the bases and lower parts of the shaft. The upper parts of the shafts are octangular below the ornamented capital with figures of ganas (dwarfs). The platform has a diameter of 132 feet (compared to the 164 feet of the Thupārāma) and is paved with radiating stone flags.
